Photographing Leigh and Emily’s wedding day at Lower Damgate Farm in Derbyshire was simply amazing. When they told me about their wedding plans at our initial meeting, I knew it was going to be ace. The Lower Damgate Farm is located in Peak District and dates back to the 15th century. Quite a unique wedding venue and 20-acre animal rescue farm. A perfect backdrop for a relaxed outdoor wedding. The sun was blazing all day long and the bride never stopped laughing. Have to mention goats and lamas roaming around all day eating and chewing whatever they found on their way:) Altogether, it wasn’t just a visual feast for a documentary wedding photographer like me, it was a day great spent with awesome people at an amazing location.
